In 2012 Debby relocated to the City of Kelowna from the City of Penticton - both of which cities are located in the Okanagan Valley of southwestern British Columbia, Canada.
The Okanagan Valley is where people dream of living -- a place for summer family holidays, wine tours and festivals to enjoy and even Canada's only Ironman Canada competition in Penticton.
